Eden Gardens State Park
Eden State Gardens is tucked away in historic Point Washington on the shore of Tucker Bayou and is a beautiful turn-of-the-century mansion surrounded by azaleas, camellias and towering Spanish moss draped live oaks, some dating back more than 600 years. Take a tour through this historic mansion and view the second largest collection of Louis XVI furniture in the United States.
The Rose garden at Eden Gardens State Park is absolutely magnificent and the picnic area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a basket lunch with your friends and loved ones. Eden State Gardens is also home to ArtsQuest, an award-winning fine arts festival held in May.
Look for Eden Gardens State Park one mile north of US 98 on County Rd. 395.
