The Chautauqua Assembly is a four-day (February 8-11, 2007) "celebration of learning" featuring keynote speakers, performances, special events, and day sessions. The program is based on the four pillars of the Chautauqua: Education, Art, Religion, and Recreation. Many of the events, in addition to the Keynote presentations, are free to the public including: War Between The States Living History Encampment & Skirmishes; Art, Quilt, & Porcelain Shows, Scottish Tartan Museum Exhibit, and Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
