If you are looking to hold a meeting but keep costs within budget, an ideal time to plan your meeting is the months of November through February, which typically offer reduced off-season rates.

Request For Proposal/Bid Fulfillment Process

Your meeting criteria will be reviewed and sent directly to hoteliers in Beaches of South Walton that mesh with your specific needs. At your request, bids submittals will be sent directly to you by the hoteliers or sent in a comprehensive package by the Beaches of South Walton Department.
