The Coffeen Nature Preserve
Four Mile Village
The entrance to the Preserve is four miles west of Santa Rosa Beach and just south of U.S. Hwy. 98. Two scenic foot trails offer visitors an opportunity to observe the many different coastal ecosystems represented within the Preserve.

Guided River Cruises

- Provides family-friendly guided leisure tours of the Choctawhatchee River and Bayous
- Tours are aboard a 24’ pontoon boat with both sunny and covered area for shade
- Tours are for 2-6 guests
- Tours are usually two hours and focus on the wildlife and foliage in and along the river
- Frequent stops are made to observe and discuss nature
- Cost is about $150 for 4-6 guests and $100 for two guests
