Also part of Lake DeFuniak in Walton County, FL is a refurbished train depot museum and an open-air amphitheater seating 1,371.

Another Walton County community is The Beaches of South Walton features over 26 miles of sugar white sands and beach communities from Inlet Beach to Miramar Beach. Beaches of South Walton is the first destination with all its beach communities certified as "Blue Wave Beaches," which recognizes them as clean, safe and environmentally friendly.
